Conversations on Vilo can get personal — that's the point. So we hold ourselves to a high bar:
- Your chats are yours. We don't sell your data, and support staff don't browse your conversations.
- Photos stay private. Images you share are described in-house as text; the photo itself never reaches an external AI provider. Chat photos auto-delete after about 90 days.
- Transparent AI. Companions are always clearly AI. No tricks.
- Deletion means deletion. Delete your account and your conversations, connections, photos, and your companions' memories of you are permanently removed — on our side and on the AI side.
